Service Conditions

Remember that it is mandatory to pay the ticket before getting into your vehicle.

You have 15 minutes of courtesy to park free of charge. Exceeding this time, a full hour will be charged. After the first hour, billing is fractionated in 30-minute periods with a 5-minute tolerance.

Starting from 6 (six) hours of stay, the daily rate applies.

Enabled Payment Methods

It is recommended to pay the ticket before getting into the vehicle (except with TelePASE).

  • TelePASE: Automatic entry and exit through marked lanes. Its operation is frequently reported as defective.
  • QR and WhatsApp: A QR code is scanned in the parking lot to send a photo of the ticket via WhatsApp and receive a payment link. This system also presents common failures.
  • Self-Service Terminals and Booths: Payment can be made with credit/debit cards or cash (pesos and dollars) at ATMs or exit booths.

Fee Exemption for People with Disabilities

Vehicles transporting people with disabilities are exempt from payment. It is a mandatory requirement that the person with a disability is present in the vehicle and displays the International Symbol of Access (ISA). It is not necessary to present the CUD (Certificate of Disability), only the ID to verify the holder of the ISA. Spaces are not reservable and are subject to availability.
